Hi stampers! Today is the end of my summer! Football starts so it's all business for me from here on out and nights and weekends:( Hopefully I'll find some time to stamp though! It's cooled down a bit here thank goodness! I hope it stays that way for the kids...and for me, ha!
So are you sick of seeing Perfectly Preserved yet? I hope not because I really like it and can't stop using it! This card was created from a sketch I had pinned on Pintrest. I had taken a break from Pintrest for a while but now I'm back pinning like mad, ha! I have an app on my phone so I like to pin during commercials if I'm watching TV or in the car! I'll probably be pinning in my down time before practices and games now too, lol!
I also really love the colors in the orchard harvest DSP. It's so rich and pretty!
Stampin' Supplies:
Stamps: Perfectly preserved, friendly phrases, tiny tags, lovely little labels
Paper: Very vanilla, crumb cake, early espresso core'dinations, orchard harvest DSP
Ink: Early espresso, more mustard, island indigo, lucky limeade, raspberry ripple (or primrose petals by accident)
Accessories: Woodgrain embossing folder, sanding block, cannery framelits, linen thread, little labels punch pack
I think I might have stamped the apples in the wrong color (primrose petals) but you really can't tell too much. Oops:-) I got another (I know..I know) box of goodies last week and the core'nations paper was in there so I wanted to try it out on this card. In my defense I HAD to order since we got a deal at convention on some items...I HAD to right? :-) We won't talk about the mistake I made in ordering stuff I already had that I didn't need....that ever happen to anyone else??? I'll have a video soon for you on how to use the paper. I don't have enough time to edit it today before I have to go to foozball!
Come back later this week to see my Artisan entries! Us finalists will be starting a blog hop on Friday!
Happy stamping!
I didn't order this set but I've seen some BEAUTIFUL designs made with it! Hey when is our next podcast????
ReplyDeleteHey, there are apples called "Pink Lady" so maybe that's what kind you've got! ;)
ReplyDeleteAny tips for getting the pennant / banners cut evenly? Mine tend to look lopsided and I keep cutting and cutting... :\
Hey, there are apples called "Pink Lady" which sounds like primrose to me!

Boo for the end of your summer! Hooray for a fab card! Love all the bright colors and that new card stock is the bomb-diggity. I've been a pinning fool lately, too. Must be all that "extra" time I have lately. Loll! Hope your week is going well! :)
