We still aren't having any luck in the baby department so I'm guessing that's a big part of my problem. Especially when finding out a friend is pregnant and while I'm happy for them I'm still sad for me and it makes me feel like a terrible person for not being as happy for them as I should or whatever you want to call it. Anyway...this too shall pass. Some weeks are hard and some are no problem...... What's your trick if you're feeling uninspired? For this morning, I'm going to try to make a card quickly while my breakfast (and that wonderful coffee) digest before I go out for a run! Wish me luck!
Anyway, I'll try to post more! For now, I'll leave you with another sample I made for convention. We got the chalk talk set of course and also the tag a bag accessory kit which I tried to incorporate on a few of my cards. Hi there! I totally Know what you re going thru cause we ve been trying for 5years now. And have always felt thé same way about friends being prégnant. Of course you're happy for them but Still.... Hold on!!! I am with you. Card making and scrapbooking is a good therapy for feeling better and make you think about thé good things :)

What a fun card!!! I'm sorry that your baby dreams haven't happened yet. I can only imagine the feelings from watching friends and family struggle with similar issues. Your feelings are so so real and legit, don't feel bad. I hope your dreams soon become a reality!!
ReplyDeleteHang in there Mindy. It is okay to be happy for your friends AND sad for your own situation. Feelings are meant to be felt and no matter how unpleasant, the feeling won't kill you. You are a wonderful person and it is hard to want something you are not in control of "getting". Chin up Buttercup! Enjoy your coffee.
