Four Frames Meets Sew Suite

Hi stampers!  Mr. Brown made a stop at my house last night and I actually didn't have to work so I got to play!  I finally broke down and got some of the sew suite items from the occasions mini and I also got the new sneak peek set Four Frames that will be in the upcoming catalog in July.  I thought the too would look so cute together and my sketch is loosely based on the Inkspirations sketch challenge #61.  Only when I finished the card and looked back at the sketch did I notice that my panel with the sewing machines didn't quite match up with the sketch....oh well.  That's what I get for looking at it in the morning and then not going back to it again until I was done, duh:-).

Stampin' Supplies:
Stamps:  Four frames, sew suite, fabulous phrases, In stitches wheel
Paper:  Sweet stitches DSP, whisper white, wild wasabi, mambo melon, dafodil delight, tangerine tango
Ink:  staz-on, tangerine tango, wild wasabi, daffodil delight, mambo melon
Accessories:  decorative label and 2.5" circle punches, 3" sizzix die, pom pom trim, tymless type sizzlits, dotted scallop punch

There is a lot going on here! I used the in stitches wheel on the card base and the patterns pieces stamp (it's so cute) on the pink circle.  Can you find the new stamp?  It's the polka dotted frame.  Isn't it cute?  It coordinates with the decorative label punch!!!!  I also used my new alphabet sizzlits called Tymless type to cut out the "sew" part.  The "sweet" part is also a set I got in my order called Fabulous Phrases and I think it will work great with the Four Frames set.  For the last few details I cut out the pin cushion after I colored it (my mom had one of those and I can't look at this set without thinking of her *smile* and then I added some pom pom trim just for fun!  I have a thank you sentiment inside in case you were wondering.  Hope you like my funky retro card!  Now, go play along with the challenge!

Happy Stamping!
