Wherever We Roam

Hi stampers!  Happy Tuesday!  I'm sharing a sweet card today that I made over the weekend decor the Stampin' Through the Catalog Challenge.  They are focusing on the Holiday Catalog at the moment and I've tried to play along!

I made this card specifically for my bestie who lives in Iowa.  We don't see each other very much but whenever we do, it's like no time or distance has passed!  <3 p="">

First off, I love these colors together!

• Crushed Curry
• Terracotta Tile
• Rococoa Rose
• Seaside Spray
• Pretty Peacock

Second, while this set may be in the Holiday Catalog it is NOT just for Holidays.  I cut this sentiment apart and left the part about Christmas off.  The inside says, "Our hearts are next door" and I just love that!  I also love the font mixing in this set!

My houses are also stamped and then cut out and popped up on dimensionals.

Fab Friday 173

Hi stampers!  Happy Friday!  It's time for another challenge over at Fab Friday!  It's a sketch this time around and I really love it!

I grabbed From Our House To Yours off of my shelf!  This is an adorable little set and I thought it would be so cute here, and it was!  Again, you can find the supplies linked on my FB group!  If you don't follow, please do so!

I wouldn't normally use all of these colors together but I think they work!  The picture doesn't do it justice!  It won't stop raining long enough to get a good photo!

This card is destined to my best friend who I miss daily!  The inside says "our hearts are next door."  I love that!!!! <3 p="">

It's Been A While

Hi stampers!  Happy Monday!  It's been a while since I posted.  I actually had a lot of projects to share but I went to visit my mom a couple of weeks ago and she tells me ON THE WAY to her house that they got rid of their internet!  Who does that????  I guess a couple of retirees who live in the boondocks, lol!

I do wish she would have told me ahead of time as I'de been saving up projects to blog while I was there since I have quite a bit of down time.  Oh well.

Since it's Monday, Ian is starting school (four days a week so hopefully I'll have a bit more crafty time), and I have a headache today, I'm going to keep it simple today!

I whipped these up over the weekend for our neighborhood welcoming committee.  Our neighborhood is still expanding so we have started gifting welcome baskets to those who move in!

As soon as I saw the From Our House To Yours Stamp Set in the Holiday Catalog, I knew I'd have to have it for these cards!  Obviously, it's a cute set for Christmas but it can be so much more!  I added the welcome from Well Said and that was that!

I also love the navy door because we have one and I thought that Terracotta Tile made a cute roof!  We may not have a lot of tile roofs here but I just thought it was perfect!

Time to get Ian ready for school!
