Mailable Monday - One More

Hi stampers!  Happy Monday once again!  The countdown in on to the new catalog on Friday!  Where has the time gone?  I'm going to try to share as much as I can until then with "old" stuff and then I guess I'm moving on ;-)

I've got one more with the hostess set from the Occasions catalog, Yay You.

I had some scraps of Emerald Envy, Sweet Sugarplum, and Rich Razzleberry sitting on my desk one day and thought they'd make a great combo.  I wasn't wrong!  And I'm really going to miss those two outgoing in colors!

Bye Bye Yay You

Hi stampers!  Happy Thursday!  I'm still working my way through retiring products and I'm really going to miss this host stamp that you can still earn for about another week!

Yay you is so cute and lends itself to super simple but still cute, cards!

I'm also sad about Dapper Denim retiring but what can ya do?  Oh and I'm also trying to stick the Enamel Shapes on everything ;-)  I'll really miss those as well!

Denim, emerald, and coral make a surprisingly cute combo, don't you think?  I guess I'll really miss Emerald Envy now that I think about it, too!  I'm just a downer today, aren't I?  LOL!

Wacky Wednesday

Hi stampers!  WHY am I having such a hard time getting back into the swing of things after the past two weeks????  Ian had school yesterday so I did a quick workout (wasn't feeling my best) and ran some errands and then had to grocery shop.  I always used to shop on Monday but now that Ian has therapy on Mondays, I've been doing it on Sunday which also throws me off but TUESDAY?  Blech!  LOL!  That pretty much took up my whole morning and then some!  Needless to say, I got nothing done around the house and didn't stamp.  If I don't get my act together today, it really be wacky Wednesday around here!

But I do have this pretty lady I made a few weeks ago to share.  I'm not quite sure how the blue in the Brusho works with my color palette here but I went with it anyway.  What I DO love is the sentiment I cut up from Yay You hostess set from the Occasions catalog.

And I can't for the life of me remember what dies I used so I'll have to look that up later.

Mailable Monday - Valentine's Edition

Hi stampers!  It's been a while since I did a mailable Monday post...or scheduled a post to publish on time for that matter, ha!  Trying to get my act together over here!

Valentine's is almost upon us and of course I haven't made Ian's treats yet but his party isn't until Thursday so I get an extra day.  They are designed at least and I'll try to share them tomorrow!

For this card, it could really be an anytime card but would make a good Valentine, too!

My background is with the yellow Brusho.  I wet my paper, sprinkled it on, and then blended it with my aqua painter.  The yellow does have some red crystals in it and you can kind of see some of those but they look way less noticeable if you blend.  I also stamped some hearts from one of the Occasions hostess sets, Yay You,  after it was dry.

My image is colored with the Blends markers and totally adorable!
